Cancellation Conditions

Cancellations must be made in writing or by e-mail and will be confirmed by us.

Here are the cancellation conditions for winter 2024/2025:
  • Up to 2 months before arrival: Cancellation possible free of charge
  • 2 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the arrangement price
  • 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the arrangement price
  • In the last week before arrival: 90% of the arrangement price
  • In case of no-show or early departure: Total arrangement price
And for the summer of 2024:
  • Up to 3 weeks before arrival: Cancellation possible free of charge
  • 3 weeks to 1 week before arrival: 40% of the arrangement price
  • In the last week before arrival: 90% of the arrangement price
  • In case of no-show or early departure: Total arrangement price

Allergies

Our bedrooms are specially equipped for allergy sufferers and our kitchen is also happy to accommodate you. Just let us know in good time.

Arrival & Departure

Your bedroom will be waiting for you from 3 p.m. at the latest on the day of arrival and will be all yours until 10 a.m. on the day of departure. If you arrive after 6 pm, please let us know.
Extras after check-out at 10 am are no longer included in the price.

Child moderation

For children staying in their parents' bedroom with two full-paying adults, the prize/reduction is as follows:

  • Up to 1 year: € 10.00 per night
  • 1 - 3 years: 30,00 € per night
  • 4 - 7 years: 50% discount on the normal price
  • 8 - 11 years: 30% discount on the normal price
  • 12 - 15 years: 25% discount on the normal price
  • From 16 years: 10% discount on the normal price
Deposit / payment

Your booking becomes binding as soon as we receive a deposit of 40% of the total booking amount by debit/credit card or bank transfer.

As soon as we have received the deposit, your booking is firmly reserved for you. Please note that deposits may be retained as a cancellation fee.

Furry friends

Dogs / pets are only allowed upon request, and we charge € 35.00 per day, excluding food. Pets are not allowed in our dining room and spa. All further information.

General terms and conditions

The prices quoted are in EURO and are per person per day. The local tax of € 3.50 per person and day (from 15 years) is not included in the price and will be charged on site.

Internet

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

Late Check-out

If you check out later, we charge between € 40.00 and € 80.00. If you want to use the room until 18:00, the surcharge is 40% of the daily rate. After 18:00 the full daily rate will be charged.

Online Check-In

You can easily update or complete your details online. You will find the link to do this in your booking confirmation, in an email that we will send you before your arrival.

Parking space

We won't leave your car out in the rain. :)
You can park it during your stay in our village garage, in the village centre next to the tourist office (Dorfstr. 26). The garage is only a 2-minute drive from the hotel and you can get back to us through the pedestrian zone. We would also like to point out that we only provide 1 parking space per room free of charge.

Refund after cancellation

Please note that fees will be charged for card payment refunds.

Short Stay

For stays of up to 3 days we charge a surcharge of € 10.00 per person per day.

Single location

If you use a double room or a suite on your own, we will reduce the price for the second bed by € 15.00 per day.

Smoking

Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. We ask you not to smoke in the entire hotel area, apart from the room balcony and the outdoor area.

Spa treatments

Appointments must be cancelled at least 1 day in advance, otherwise we will charge 80% of the treatment price.

Terms of payment

To avoid waiting times, you are welcome to pay your bill at our reception the evening before your departure. We accept cash, EC card, Mastercard or VISA card.

Vegan and special diets

If you have a vegan or other special dietary preference, please let us know at the time of booking or at least a few days before check-in so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

Please note that there is a small surcharge for special dietary requirements. This surcharge covers the cost of purchasing special products as well as the extra effort required to prepare your meals. We strive to offer a variety of delicious options to ensure that your stay with us is enjoyable and satisfying.
